I was first introduced to massage therapy at the age of 7 by my mother who is also a Holistic Heath Practitioner. My passion for body work led me to study massage therapy at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health. I have been a holistic health practitioner since 2013. My style of massage is a combination of Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy and Lomi Lomi techniques. I enjoy customizing massages which incorporate various modalities to best suite your body and needs.
I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. Under the umbrella of HHP I encompass many healing modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Sports Massage, Reflexology and also Reiki healing which helps me give a more intuitive and guided session. Depending on your wishes or needs, I usually combine several techniques to provide what is best for you at that moment. If it be a gentle, relaxing Swedish massage, some good stretches with Thai or if you want to get to the root of the pain with Deep Tissue, I am sure I can provide a combination of modalities that is best suitable for your Body/Mind/Spirit trio. I am looking forward to working with you! Be positive, be active, be present!
