She incorporates swedish, deep tissue, sports, acupressure, shiatsu, & cupping. She is also skilled in prenatal, hot stone, reiki, reflexology, & chakra balancing. She has over fourteen years of professional experience and
has worked at some of the noteworthy spas in San Diego. In her free time she enjoys hiking,
yoga, tai chi and screenwriting.
