Born and raised in the SF Bay Area, I moved to San Diego to pursue my acupuncture studies. I have a lifelong interest in The Human Potential Movement and Alternative Health/Medicine. I learned the Transcendental Meditation technique when I was 15 and continue my practice today along with Qi Gong. I combine my knowledge of Western massage techniques (Deep/Sports Massage, Trigger and Motor Point Therapy, PNF stretching) and Eastern methods (Tui Na medical massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Acupressure, Reiki) to address my clients' needs and concerns.
