Frequently Asked Questions

I have a gift card, how do I book an appointment online?  

  • When scheduling an appointment online, the system will ask you to enter a credit card to make the appointment but we do not charge you until the service is complete and will take your gift card for payment at the end of the session.

Will I be charged when I am scheduling my appointment online?  

  • We do not charge you until the service is complete and will take cash, credit card or a Bodhi gift card for payment.

Do you accept Spa Finder, Spa Wellness and Spa Week Gift Cards?  

  • No.  At this time we only accept our Bodhi gift certificates and gift cards purchased in house or through our website and the Mindbody platform.

Do you accept insurance for payment?

  • No.  We do not take insurance as payment. We do accept HSA and FSA cards (Health Flex Spending)

What is your cancellation policy?  

  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, canceling or rescheduling your appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the service. No-show or missed appointments will be charged the full service amount.

Should I arrive early to my appointment?  

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  If you do arrive any earlier the door may be locked as we are still in assisting other clients or in session and we will be with you shortly.

Do you have parking?  

  • We do have 3 parking spaces in front of our building although there may not be an available space for each scheduled client.  There is also metered parking on our street.
